The Staff HR Transactions Product Manager will work closely with engineering, service operations & client services teams to build and advocate for creating a market-leading web & mobile application. The PM role at TriNet is strategic, not tactical. You enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems, and find innovative solutions for the broader market. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will build products from existing ideas, and help develop new ideas based on your experience, and conversations with customers, prospects and potential buyers. You will also be the voice of the product, both externally to the market and internally to colleagues dedicated to the product line. You will become an expert on the market, and the rest of the organization will look to you for leadership and decisions. They will also write blogs, articles, present at conferences and leverage social media. You will be a thought leader and provide visible leadership via regular communication forums. You will work with stakeholders – engineering, marketing, sales, and client services to drive the company towards those goals. As a PM, you will set strategic goals such as increase market share, improve margins, or increase adoption or penetration for your product or module and develop a roadmap to meet those goals.
